Every single one of our top-quality prints is crafted right here in our Brisbane workshop. Our amazing team of skilled art framers put their heart and soul into each piece.
What are the framing options?
Each of our frames is meticulously crafted from wood and hand-assembled for every piece. We offer a selection of colours including black, white, and Tasmanian oak. It's important to note that Tasmanian oak is a material, not a colour, and may exhibit natural variances.
Do you offer international shipping on framed prints?
Currently, we only produce and ship framed prints within Australia. Watch this space! We are currently seeking international solutions!
Sending framed items internationally from Australia can be quite tricky for a few reasons, I know it's disappointing and you’re wondering why but don't worry, we'll break it down for you!
Firstly, the costs can be sky-high due to the bulky dimensions and size of framed items once they're all packaged up. Sometimes, it feels like you're paying more for the shipping than the actual frame itself!
Then there's the whole issue with quarantine, especially because your frame happens to be made of wood. Many countries have strict rules about wooden items coming in.
And let's not forget about the maze of import taxes and duties! Each country has its own set of rules, which can get pretty complex. You might end up having to pay these fees upfront, based on how much your item is worth.

Are they ready to hang? Do they come with hangers?
All pieces are professionally finished with metal hangers and wire so they’re ready to be hung and elevate your space.
Are shadow boxes only available in larger sizes?
Yes, shadow boxes are only available in our exhibition size range.
Are the prints numbered or signed?

Are the prints flossy or matte?
All our prints are made on premium 310 gsm archival matte fine art paper.
Is it glass or acrylic?
We always opt for the best quality, durable acrylic glazing for our frames. It's specially designed to provide crystal-clear clarity and robustness, ensuring it won't break easily. Plus, it's lightweight and safe to handle, giving you peace of mind.
Can I frame the prints myself?
Yes, we do provide unframed prints, allowing you to personalize the appearance of your final piece to your liking.
Simply choose "no frame" when you're picking out your artwork, and we'll take care of the rest!
How long does shipping take?
Each of our beautiful fine art prints undergoes a meticulous process, taking around 10 to 14 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship.
Once it's on its way, delivery times typically range between 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you're located.
Don't worry about keeping track - once your order is dispatched, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep!
my artwork is damaged/incorrect? What should I do?
While we sincerely hope this situation never arises, we acknowledge that there might be instances where your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item.
In such cases, we kindly ask for photos to verify the damage or confirm the incorrect item shipped. This not only helps us understand what went wrong but also enables us to prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.
Rest assured, we're committed to promptly sending you a replacement at no extra cost. Please send us close-up and full-view photo verification of the damaged or incorrect prints to support@hallsofmanu.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship unframed pieces internationally using rigid mailing tubes. Email support@hallsofmanu.com for detailed information on your country.
What happens if I have the incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) at support@hallsofmanu.com.
In the event that the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, your shipment will be returned to our workshop in Brisbane. If this occurs, you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address with you, if applicable. We want to ensure your order reaches you smoothly, so please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid any delays or additional fees.
I’ve changed my mind, can I change?
We want you to absolutely love your purchase and as such a lot of work goes into creating your custom-made piece, and if for any reason you're not satisfied, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Kindly contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order.
Since our prints are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to support@hallsofmanu.com We'll be more than happy to send you a replacement at absolutely no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
